Status: In beta. Pilot only, not on the menu yet. Today's clients start with Foundation + System.
A new kind of infrastructure for AI-ready businesses

One core. Every output your business needs.

We believe businesses are heading toward running with AI at the center: one shared core every department reads from. We're piloting that future with a few partners now. The Core isn't something you can buy today — it's the direction the work is going. For most clients, it starts with Foundation + System: gathering context, setting up tools, training the team.

How the Core works: in, through, out

In

Discovery, four layers deep.

External, people, operations, integration. AI does the surface work, humans do the depth.

The core

Where the context lives and silos connect.

Departments stop pulling from different versions of your business. One source, every team reads from it. The system, not just the file.

Out

Anything your business needs to produce.

Sales, HR, marketing, ops, support: every department renders from the same source.

The silos problem

Most companies are adopting AI in fragments.

Marketing buys a content tool. Sales picks a different one. Ops builds a Custom GPT. Each department has its own AI, each pulling from different context. The result is the opposite of what AI is supposed to do: more inconsistency, more silos.

How most orgs use AI today

Department-by-department, no shared context.

Each team picks tools in isolation. Each one starts from scratch on every prompt. The same business gets described five different ways by five different teams.

  • Sales AI doesn't know what Marketing just said
  • HR doesn't know what Sales is promising customers
  • Ops solves problems Marketing already wrote about
  • Customer service hallucinates about products
  • You're still in meetings aligning messaging because departments operate in a vacuum
How the Core works

One shared context. Every team reads from it.

The Foundation lives at the center. Every tool, every department, every workflow reads from the same source. Outputs stay consistent because the input is the same.

  • One source of truth
  • Departments collaborate from the same context
  • New tools plug in instead of starting over
  • New hires onboard from one source of truth
  • The org behaves like an organism, not a federation
1Layer one · the Foundation
the Foundation engagement

Foundation: your business, captured.

Every Core starts here. In your Foundation engagement we sit with your team and capture four layers of how your business actually works, each one becoming part of a structured Foundation that AI can read.

01
Brand
how the world sees you
  • Voice, tone, and word-list (what to use, what to avoid)
  • Brand pillars & positioning
  • Visual identity & existing assets
  • Press, bios, customer-facing language
02
People
your team, your culture
  • Org chart & how the team is structured
  • The culture, in the team's own words
  • Why people choose to work here
  • The values and unwritten norms that hold it together
03
Operations
how work actually happens
  • Workflows (including those just written down)
  • Approval chains & exception handling
  • Calendar rhythms & recurring work
  • Bottlenecks & known workarounds
04
Customers
who buys, what they need
  • ICP definitions & real segments
  • Customer language from calls & tickets
  • Top objections & frequent questions
  • Journey, touchpoints & lifetime arc
+ Tools & Files · the stack you already use: CRM, accounting, comms, drives. We inventory it and pull in the docs worth importing so the Foundation connects to where your real data lives.
→ Foundation deliverable
Four layers become one structured Foundation.
The artifact your Foundation produces: a structured set of files, readable by humans and AI, plus an action plan for where AI fits first. It's paired with the education and support to make it useful. And it builds on itself: go on to Layer 2 and the System grows straight out of it.

Foundation
2Layer two · the System
the System engagement

System: your Foundation, wired into how your business runs.

The Foundation captures your business as readable context. The System engagement turns it into a working operating layer: your Foundation wired into the tools you already use, AI configured for each department, the daily workflows codified. Sales, ops, marketing, support, all reading from the same source of truth.

01
Identify agents & connectors
We map the agents and connectors your existing tools need to work together: CRM, inbox, project tracker, accounting. What to wire, before we wire it.
02
Department wiring
Sales, ops, marketing, customer service. Each team gets AI configured for its specific work, all pulling from the same Foundation. One business, multiple working surfaces.
03
Daily workflows
The loops that happen every day get codified. New lead in → it gets context. Customer question → answered in your voice. The hand-offs that used to need a person become smaller.
→ System deliverable
The Foundation becomes a living operating layer.
After the System engagement, the Foundation isn't a document any more. It's the source every team's AI reads from, every day. This is the second piece of what becomes the Core.
Layer 2
System
The org chart, replaced

From the chain of command to a shared core.

For two thousand years, organizations have scaled through hierarchy: information routed up the chain, decisions handed back down, every layer slowing it. AI makes a different shape possible: shared context in the center, teams coordinating directly instead of routing through layers. Small businesses can build this now. Large ones are racing to retrofit it.

Our take

The constraint on small businesses adopting this shape isn't capital or org structure. It's how fast you can capture your context.

Large companies are racing to retrofit a shared intelligence onto decades of org chart. You don't have that problem. You can build it from scratch, in months, while it's still cheap to do.

That's why we built the Foundation and System engagements the way we did. Each one stands alone. Together they're the architecture the Core grows out of.

Where we are vs where we're headed

Foundation + System today. The Core eventually.

A real Core, AI in the middle of how a business runs, isn't something you can buy yet. It's a state you grow into. What we put in place today is your Foundation plus your System, both engagements you can buy now on the consulting page. Together they're the architecture the Core grows out of.

Looking for pilot partners

We're piloting this with a small group of partners.

The Core isn't a finished product. It's the future we're building toward, and we're looking for businesses (small or scrappy) who want to build it alongside us. Pilot partners get real say in the architecture and a hand in shaping where the product goes.
